Hip new thing: Text-only blogs
These days, if you are a cool blogger, you are doing it text-only.
Brett Tabke is running a blog in his robots.txt file: http://www.webmasterworld.com/robots.txt
and Danny Sullivan's got one in SEWs .css: http://blog.searchenginewatch.com/blog/blog.css
Of course, for true old-skool, you gotta go back to John Carmack's .plan files (finger johnc [at] idsoftware.com)
