If you don't already have a blog, here's my best advice to you: Don't use blogger. It will cost you visitors, readers and cause you headaches.

Here are the reasons not to use blogger:

• It's not good at trackbacks - so it costs you links and traffic.
• It's slow.
• They've "upgraded" and have 2 separate systems which aren't compatible.
• It's hard to set up sitemaps with all your posts on a page.

What you should do:

• Get your own domain name.
• Use wordpress.

I know you can use blogger on your own domain, but I still would use a different package to run the blog.
